Workout at Home-The Close Pushup

This is from the convict conditioning workout program (affiliate link).

This is where I started to slow in my progress. This one really works the triceps and the delts. I also have a wrist injury so I have to wear a glove on one hand.
Also, isn’t the beard awesome?

  1. These are great for strengthening tri’s. Plus you can also use that cardboard to double for spontaneous break dancing.
